A token is the smallest unit of AI text processing (a part of a word). Tokens are spent on embeddings (turning your articles into vectors for AI search during indexing), AI search and answer generation, AI writer and formatting, and retrieving and processing data from connected sources. * On paid plans the token limit is shown per user; the tokens of all team members form a shared monthly pool (= limit × number of paid seats). On Free it is a shared monthly limit for the team.

Prices and the monthly token volume depend on the country of your subscription. Above are the terms for the country determined from your connection; the country that applies to your order — and the tax with it — is determined at checkout and shown before payment.

Article, page, indexing and storage limits are also counted per seat: adding a seat raises them together with the token pool. If capacity runs out, add a seat or move to the next plan — and for a non-standard volume, write to us.
