A token is the smallest unit of AI text processing (a part of a word). Tokens are spent on embeddings (turning your articles into vectors for AI search during indexing), AI search and answer generation, AI writer and formatting, and retrieving and processing data from connected sources. * On paid plans the token limit is shown per user; the tokens of all team members form a shared monthly pool (= limit × number of paid seats). On Free it is a shared monthly limit for the team.

Yes! All paid plans (Starter, Pro, and Business) include 14 days of free access (up to 30 days with the onboarding survey). No credit card required. You can fully test all features before paying.

Of course! You can change your plan at any time. When downgrading, any overpayment is credited. When upgrading, you're billed prorated for the difference.

Users are counted as active accounts over the last calendar month. Users who didn't sign in during the month are not billed. You see current and projected usage in your dashboard.

When your monthly AI tokens run out, AI features (search answers, writer, formatting) pause until the next monthly reset or until you buy a token pack. The portal and reading articles stay available.

Prices are set in euros; for the United States and the British Isles they are set in dollars and pounds. At checkout our payment partner can show and charge the amount in your local currency at its own rate — the conversion cost is on the payer's side. The exact amount is always shown before payment. A card in any currency works: the conversion is handled by your bank or our payment partner.

Yes. Under a single account you can run several independent organizations — each with its own plan, limits and invoice; users and content are not shared between them. You can switch in one click. A new organization starts on the Free plan, and its plan is chosen separately. The Pro trial is granted once — it may be unavailable for a second organization.
