LiKE Billing & Refund Terms
Version 1.3 · Effective date: July 9, 2026 · Last updated: July 9, 2026
These Billing & Refund Terms supplement the LiKE User Agreement.
Language: English (controlling)
1. Merchant of Record
Paid subscriptions and add-ons are sold and billed by a third-party licensed payment provider acting as Merchant of Record on behalf of Lynkora DOO Beograd, Kneza Miloša 15, 11000 Belgrade, Republic of Serbia (company reg. no. MB 22195689, tax id PIB 115706177) ("Lynkora"). The payment provider accepts payments, calculates, collects and remits applicable taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax), and processes card data under PCI DSS. Your payment statement descriptor may show the payment provider's name rather than "Lynkora". Lynkora does not store your full card details. The identity, legal name, and applicable terms of the Merchant of Record are disclosed at checkout before any payment is submitted; their publication is completed by the end of the beta period. Lynkora may designate a different Merchant of Record or payment processor with at least 30 days' notice; active subscriptions and discounts are unaffected.
2. Plans, Prices, Currency
Current plans and prices are published on the "Pricing" page of our website. Prices are stated in the currency shown on the pricing page (/pricing.html) and at checkout, and, for consumers, include applicable VAT where required; for business customers prices are shown net of VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices and currency may vary by country/region (including regional price adjustments) and are determined automatically from available signals — including your location (IP/geolocation), the country of your account or billing profile, and the country in which your payment method was issued; at payment, the Merchant of Record — not Lynkora — determines your country and any applicable tax based on its own verification (such as billing address, card-issuer country, and IP) and in accordance with its terms, and that determination governs the payment. These signals can be imprecise (for example, due to use of a VPN, registration from a country other than your country of residence, or payment with a card issued in another country). Lynkora may determine, verify, and correct the region and currency applicable to you, adjust the price accordingly, and limit or decline regional pricing where the signals are inconsistent or indicate circumvention of regional pricing. The price displayed at checkout applies to that order. This does not limit consumers' mandatory rights. Price changes follow the User Agreement: no more than once every 12 months for inflation-linked reviews, with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period. The LiKE Pioneer continuing discount (30%) applies to then-current list prices as set out in the Beta Testing Program Agreement.
3. Trial
The terms of the free trial (duration, how it ends) are stated at sign-up and on the pricing page (/pricing.html). A paid subscription is not activated without Your explicit checkout order.
4. Billing Cycle, Seats, Add-ons
- Each Tenant (workspace) is a separate subscription: plan, seats, and charges are calculated and invoiced per Tenant.
- Subscriptions are purchased for a period of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months and billed in advance for the selected period. Longer periods carry the discount shown at checkout; it stacks with the Pioneer discount.
- Seat changes: added seats are charged pro-rata for the remainder of the current period; reduced seats take effect from the next period.
- Add-ons (e.g., AI token packs, extra storage) are one-time or recurring as described at purchase; consumable add-ons (token packs) are non-refundable once consumption has begun, except where required by law.
- If a renewal payment fails, we will retry and notify You; the subscription may be suspended and then downgraded to the Free tier if payment is not completed within the dunning period shown in the notice.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If You are a consumer in the EU/EEA, You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance contract. For digital services, by requesting immediate access to the paid Service and acknowledging this at checkout, You consent to performance beginning immediately and acknowledge that You lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed; for ongoing subscriptions, if You withdraw within 14 days, You will be refunded proportionately for the unused period. Withdrawal requests: [email protected] or via the payment provider's checkout receipt.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised in good faith. Any refund is calculated in proportion to the service actually supplied, including consumed resources (e.g., AI tokens). Where withdrawal is used repeatedly or systematically (including a "subscribe — withdraw — re-subscribe" cycle) to obtain free access, Lynkora may assess such requests individually, decline the automatic (self-service) refund, and apply measures under the acceptable-use and termination provisions of the User Agreement.
6. Refunds
- Beyond statutory rights, subscription fees are non-refundable; cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the paid period.
- If the Service was materially unavailable or non-conforming and we could not remedy it within a reasonable time, contact us — statutory remedies (including price reduction or termination under Directive (EU) 2019/770 for consumers) remain unaffected.
- Refunds, where due, are processed by the Merchant of Record to the original payment method.
7. Cancellation and Downgrade
You may cancel or downgrade at any time in the billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. On downgrade, content exceeding the lower tier's limits is handled per the in-product downgrade flow (grace period with preview of affected items before changes apply). Data export remains available per the User Agreement and, during the Beta, the Beta Testing Program Agreement.
8. Invoices and Tax Documents
Invoices/receipts are issued by the Merchant of Record and sent to the email address you provide at checkout. They are not currently available in the in-product billing settings; to have a receipt re-sent, contact [email protected]. Provide your VAT ID at checkout for reverse-charge treatment where applicable.
9. Precedence
These Billing Terms supplement the User Agreement; during the Beta, the Beta Testing Program Agreement prevails for Beta-related matters (no billing occurs during the Beta). Any dispute arising out of or relating to billing is resolved exclusively under the Dispute Resolution provisions of the User Agreement (including, for US business customers, its arbitration provisions and time limits). Mandatory consumer rights prevail over anything to the contrary herein.
