Dictate a thought by voice or upload an audio file — LiKE transcribes the speech and helps you shape it into a knowledge base article. Handy when it's easier to talk than to type: a draft after a meeting, an instruction "on the go", a transcript of a voice message.
Available on the Starter plan and above. Requires the Editor, Admin or Owner role (or an editor of a shared space — a personal space does not grant it).

#How it works
1. Record or upload audio
- Record from the microphone — "Start recording" → "Stop"
- Upload a file — "Upload audio"
- Supported formats: WebM, M4A, MP3, WAV, OGG. Maximum — 25 MB and 30 minutes per recording.
- A note can be saved without transcription — then no tokens are spent.
2. Transcribe the speech
The "Transcribe speech" button converts audio into text. The "Polish with AI" option tidies up punctuation and paragraphs without adding facts of its own. The verbatim transcript is kept with the note unchanged — you can always reread it in the "Transcribed text" block.
3. What's next
Above a transcribed note the following actions are available:

When shaping into an article, you can choose the space and collection to place it in. The new article is created with "For the team" visibility.
#Personal notes
A note can be marked as "Personal" — then only you see it, and other editors won't. It can be toggled at any time.
#Lists and filters
Notes are filtered: All / Linked (those that already have a created article) / Drafts / Personal. The transcription status is shown as a pill: "Ready" or "Not transcribed".
#Token usage and privacy
- Tokens are spent on transcription, "polishing" with AI, "Improve with AI" shaping and key points — from the shared AI token pool. Saving without transcription and "Use as is" do not spend tokens.
- Audio notes are isolated within your organization. The public link serves only the audio file; the email contains only the link, without the transcript.
