"My Profile" is your personal account settings (not organization settings). Here you change your name, interface language, and password, and end active sessions.

Open it via top-right corner → click the avatar → "Profile" (or at /profile). The "← Back to home" link returns you to the portal. The profile is available to any authenticated user, regardless of role.

The screen is split into two tabs — General and Security.

#General tab

Personal info:

  • Display name — editable; this is how colleagues see you.
  • Email — the account address (read-only).
  • Role — your role in the organization, shown as a badge (read-only).
  • Organization — the current organization name (read-only).

Language preferences:

  • Interface language — choose the UI language from the supported locales. There is no need to choose the AI answer language separately — the assistant automatically answers in the language of the question.

Changes are applied with the "Save" button.

#Security tab

#Change password

Current passwordNew password (minimum 8 characters) → Confirm password → the "Change password" button. A strength indicator for the new password is shown alongside; if the new password and the confirmation do not match, the form will prompt you.

If you sign in via Google or SSO and never set a password, there is nothing to change here — sign-in is handled by the provider.

#Sessions

  • Current session — marked with a green indicator.
  • "Log out of all devices" — ends all active sessions, including the current one; after that you will need to sign in again. Useful if you forgot to sign out on someone else's device or suspect a compromise.

Password change is also available to organization administrators in Settings → Security, but your name, interface language, and session management are only here, in the personal profile.
