#Settings

  • Default language — any of the 11 interface languages (ru, en, de, es, fr, it, pt, ko, sr, ar, zh). The language of the answer itself is determined automatically from the language of the question (out of 32 supported)

#Telegram

#Connecting

  1. Open @BotFather in Telegram
  2. Create a new bot with the /newbot command
  3. Copy the bot token
  4. In LiKE, go to Integrations → Telegram → "Connect"
  5. Paste the token and confirm

#Usage

Team members add the bot in Telegram and ask questions in direct messages. The bot answers based on your knowledge base.

Before the first question, each team member links their chat to their account once: in the portal open Home → “Ask in chat” → “Get a linking code”, then send the code to the bot in a single message. The code is single-use and valid for 10 minutes. The link is personal — the bot answers each person according to their space access rights, and does not answer an unlinked chat at all. Alternative: the owner allows a specific shared chat in Integrations → Channels, where the bot answers from public articles only.
