Sidebar → Overview (https://<slug>.lynkora.pro/admin/) is the start screen of the admin panel: the health of your knowledge base, quick actions, and key usage metrics.

The screen is adaptive — which blocks appear depends on two things:

  • Your role. The base set is visible to everyone; an Editor additionally gets a limits card; an Admin and Owner get the plan, members, and links to Analytics and plan management.
  • Base maturity. While there are few articles and queries, LiKE doesn't show empty charts: the "Space status" and "Query status" cards go through three stages (empty → seed → active) as content and queries accumulate. The threshold for meaningful answer-quality statistics is 50+ queries.

#"Unanswered questions" top banner

A yellow bar at the top appears if the base has unresolved gaps — topics that users asked about but that have no articles: "N unanswered questions this week." The "View" button opens the Questions section. If there are no gaps, there's no banner.

#Greeting and your role

"Welcome, {name}" with your role badge on the right. For the Owner and Admin, the organization role is shown; for everyone else, the role in the current space (which may differ between spaces). Learn more — Roles and access rights.

#Quick actions

Shortcut tiles for common operations. The set depends on role and plan:

#Space status

A card about the current space: stage icon (with a tooltip on hover), space name, type (Corporate / Private / Personal), article count, and "updated N days ago." The icon reflects base maturity — LiKE reveals metrics progressively rather than showing empty charts:

Basic signals appear: article count, most recently created, the onboarding checklist. Advanced metrics (quality, gap alerts) are not yet computed — there isn't enough data.

Full analytics: per-article Quality Score, gap alerts, top queries, usage trends, the analytics dashboard (Pro+). Metrics update daily.

What drives the transition:

  • empty → seed — the first article appears (any source: editor, import, sync)
  • seed → active — enough articles and queries have accumulated for metrics to become meaningful (answer-quality scoring turns on at 50+ queries)

Why this way. Showing empty "0 queries per day" charts on a new base is a frustrating UX. Blocks appearing progressively means "there's already enough data for the numbers to mean something."

#Query status (last 30 days)

The number of search queries over the last 30 days. While there are fewer than 50 — "too few for statistics · 50+ needed." In the active stage, an answer breakdown is shown (from cache / high-quality / weak / technical / errors). The "Analytics →" link (for Admin) opens the full Analytics section.

#Recent articles

The five most recently edited articles: title, author, time, and a source badge (LiKE Editor / Import / Gitea / Confluence / Notion / GitHub / GitLab / Wiki.js). A click opens the article in the editor. "All articles →" — the full list.

#Team and plan (Editor and above)

A card showing resource usage against plan limits. The bars change color: green → yellow (≥ 70%) → red (≥ 90%).

#AI quotas this month

  • AI tokens per month — used / monthly limit.
  • AI tokens per day — used / daily limit.
  • Max … tokens per request — the ceiling for a single AI operation.
  • Embeddings (indexing) — tokens spent on indexing articles (visible to Admin).
  • Reset — day DD of the month — when the monthly limits reset.
  • The refresh button (↻) recalculates quotas now.
  • "All add-ons →" — buy extra packs of tokens, seats, or storage; "Team →" — the team section.
