Export articles in various formats to use them outside the platform, send them to clients, or archive them.

#Exporting a single article

  1. Open the article in the editor
  2. Click the Export button in the top bar
  3. Choose a format from the dropdown menu
  4. The file downloads automatically

#Batch export (Pro/Enterprise)

Export multiple articles into a ZIP archive:

  1. Go to Articles → Table mode
  2. Select the articles you need with the checkboxes
  3. Click "Export selected"
  4. Choose a format (MD / HTML / PDF)
  5. A ZIP archive with all selected articles will download

#Printing

Press Ctrl+P (or the print button in the toolbar) — a preview will open with a layout optimized for the printer.
