LiKE runs on a SaaS model with monthly or annual billing. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial — no card required. If you complete the onboarding survey in full, we extend the trial to 30 days of Pro as a thank-you for your feedback.

Current prices and a feature comparison always live on the pricing page: lynkora.pro/pricing. That page is rebuilt on every release from a single source; the article below is synced with a snapshot of the pricing page at the time of writing. If you notice a discrepancy, the pricing page takes precedence.

Multiple organizations — one account. Under a single LiKE account you can run several independent organizations — each with its own plan, limits and separate invoice; data, users and billing are fully isolated between organizations. When you create a new organization (via the organization switcher at the top left), you start a new independent subscription: it starts on Free, and its plan is chosen and paid for separately. The Pro trial is granted once — it may not be available for a second organization.

#Pricing plans

The price depends on your organisation's country. The currency is applied automatically — euro, dollar or pound — and the price level itself differs by region: the same subscription costs differently in different countries. In your account you see the price that will actually be charged.

Below is an overview of the plans and what each includes. Current prices for your region (they depend on country and billing period) are always on the pricing page lynkora.pro/pricing.

#Billing periods

Available periods: monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual. The longer the period, the lower the effective monthly price; an annual subscription is usually cheaper than monthly. Exact prices for each period and region are on the pricing page lynkora.pro/pricing; you can switch to a different period at any time in the "Plan and limits" section.

#Trial

What How much
Trial with plain registration (without the onboarding survey) 14 days of Pro
Trial when the onboarding survey is completed in full 30 days of Pro
Card required for the trial not required

On the trial the AI-answer allowance covers the whole period, not each month. It does not reset on the first day: the count runs from the start of the trial to its end. That is why "Plan and limits" shows "AI tokens for the trial period" rather than "this month" while the trial lasts.

When the trial ends without payment, you move to Free within Free limits (5 users, 100 articles, 50 AI requests per day, etc.). Existing objects over the limit stay visible, but you can't create new ones until you return to a paid plan.

Trash retention period7 days14 days30 days60 days90 days

* This is the maximum technical limit of users on the plan. On paid plans, each active user is billed at the plan's price — in the "Plan and limits" section you can increase or decrease the number of seats. On Free, 5 users is both the maximum and included for free.

All AI operations (AI Author, formatting, translator, AI analysis, block menu, AI chat and search) draw from a single token pool — there are no separate "N generations per tool" limits. Beyond the monthly pool, a daily token limit and a daily request limit apply. Current usage is under Plan → Resource usage.

The Trash has a different retention period per plan — see the separate Trash article. Once the period expires, items are permanently deleted.

#Add-ons

The Add-ons tab of "Plan and limits" sells AI-answer packs — small and large. The organisation owner buys them, on any paid plan. Current prices are on the pricing page lynkora.pro/pricing: like the subscription, they depend on your country.

Add-ons are unavailable on Free and during the trial — activate a paid plan first. They are also closed while the subscription has an outstanding balance.

#How a pack is spent

A pack does not expire: it comes into play only after the plan's monthly allowance is used up, and the remainder carries over with no deadline. While the monthly allowance is enough, purchased packs are not touched at all.

#What add-ons do not cover

Member seats are bought in the plan-change dialog, not here — each seat is charged at your plan's price. Extra storage and other individual terms are arranged through your manager.

Tip. Before buying, look at Plan → Resource usage — it shows current consumption across every limit. If there is plenty left, you probably do not need a pack.

On Enterprise (and other manager-served plans) add-ons are arranged through your manager rather than self-service.

#How to change your plan

  1. Open Plan in the sidebar (the "Plan and limits" section)
  2. Click "Change plan" — a selection window opens
  3. Choose a plan on the plans card and, if needed, set the number of seats and the billing period: month / quarter / 6 months / year (longer periods come with a discount)
  4. Confirm — you'll be redirected to a secure payment gateway (or charged to your saved card)
  5. After payment, the plan activates automatically within a few seconds

In the same window you can change the number of seats, switch the billing period, and pause or cancel the subscription.

#Upgrades and downgrades

  • Upgrade — applies immediately. For the remainder of the paid period, only the difference is charged (prorated).
  • Downgradescheduled for the end of the current paid period: the previous plan stays active until that date, then the new one takes over. While the change is scheduled, a "Scheduled plan change" banner shows at the top of the section, and you can cancel it before it applies.
  • Seat count and period are changed in the same window: adding seats takes effect immediately, reducing them takes effect at the end of the period.

If after a downgrade your usage exceeds the new plan's limits (for example, more spaces or seats than allowed), LiKE will ask you to reduce the excess before the change applies.

#When you're charged

  • Monthly — every month from the date of your first payment. If you paid on March 12, the next charge is on April 12
  • Long period (quarter / half-year / year) — a single charge for the whole period, at a lower per-month price
  • Trial → paid plan — a smooth transition when the trial ends (if you've added a card) or via manual payment

#Payment methods and who takes the payment

Payments are taken by PayPro Global — the merchant of record. The purchase contract is with them: they issue the receipt, apply your country's tax and send the documents to the address given at checkout.

There are two exceptions: corporate plans and payment by invoice go through your manager, and in certain countries the payment is handled by a different partner. Who acts as the seller in your case is shown on the payment page and on the receipt.

Methods: Visa / Mastercard / American Express cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, plus local methods depending on your country — the list is assembled at the payment step. Saved cards and the billing address are in the Billing details tab.

#The "Plan and limits" section

All subscription management is gathered in the Plan and limits section (the Plan item in the sidebar, for the organization owner). Four tabs:

Tab What's inside
Plan The current plan and seats + "Resource usage" — usage across all limits: users, requests per day, articles, pages, external connectors, public links, AI tokens, storage — with progress bars and the quota reset date
Invoices A single history of all payments, refunds and plan changes (plan, period, seat-count changes) with filters by status / card / operation; columns: date, event, plan, seats, period, amount, status; a receipt (PDF) for each payment
Add-ons AI-action, storage and user packages (owner only)
Billing details Billing address (legal entity, country, city, postal code, VAT / tax number — for invoices and tax calculation) and saved cards, with the ability to change the card

Actions to change the plan, period, seat count, and to pause or cancel open in a single window (the "Change plan" and "Edit" buttons on the cards).

#Statuses and notifications

Banners appear on the plan card and at the top of the section:

  • Trial ending — a few days before the trial ends, with a list of what exceeds Free limits
  • Scheduled plan change — if a switch to another plan/period is enabled (cancelable before it applies)
  • Payment failed / card expired — with a button to update the card (leads to the "Billing details" tab)

#Cancel and pause your subscription

  • Cancel — in the "Plan and limits" section, click "Cancel subscription". Access to paid features stays until the end of the paid period; until then, you can undo the cancellation (resume the subscription).
  • Pause — a subscription can be temporarily paused and resumed later (availability depends on the payment method).

After the paid period ends, the organization automatically moves to Free with Free limits: your data is kept (articles, spaces, team, log), but you can't create new objects over Free limits until you reduce your usage or return to a paid plan.

#Refunds

  • Within 14 days of your first payment — a full, no-questions-asked refund via a support request
  • In individual cases (for example, an accidental charge for a period that didn't work) — contact support, and we'll process it within 5–10 business days
  • For an annual subscription, cancellation refunds a prorated amount for the unused months

#What's recorded in the ledgers

All plan-change events, trial activations, add-on purchases and payment operations are recorded in the Activity log with resource_type=billing. This provides a full audit trail for accounting and compliance (SOC 2, GDPR Art. 30).
