Control panel → Support — here you submit tickets to LiKE Support and keep the conversation going right in your workspace, without email.

#Screen overview

At the top are four summary cards: Total tickets, Active, Unread, and Resolved. Below is the list of your tickets with filter tabs (All / Active / Resolved) and a search field. While there are no tickets, an empty state is shown with a "Create ticket" button. The "+ New ticket" button in the top-right corner opens the creation form.

#Who can create tickets

Any member of your organization can create a ticket. Ticket visibility depends on the role:

  • Owner and Admins see all tickets in the organization.
  • Other members see only their own tickets.

#How to create a ticket

  1. Click "New ticket".
  2. Choose a topic:
Topic When to choose
Bug Something isn't working right
Feature A suggestion for improvement
UX Notes on UX and usability
Performance Slowness, delays
Billing Questions about plans and invoices
Security Security incidents and questions
Other Everything else
  1. Enter a title (from 3 to 255 characters) and a message (from 10 to 5000 characters).
  2. Choose a priority: Low, Medium (default), or High.
  3. Submit — the ticket is assigned a number like TK-1024.

The support team is notified immediately after submission.

#Ticket conversation

  • Open a ticket to read the replies. Support replies are signed as "LiKE Support".
  • While there's no reply yet, the hint "Waiting for a reply from support" is shown.
  • To reply, write a message in the field at the bottom. After your reply, support is notified again.
  • You cannot reply to a closed ticket — if the issue comes up again, create a new one.
  • Unread replies are marked with an indicator until you open the ticket.
